If you have enabled Family Sharing on your i Phone/i Pad running i OS 8, you can’t select “None” while editing Apple ID payment information.
The inconvenience may not be of a great deal but it will require you to make some compromise. Tap on Stop Family Sharing or Leave Family Sharing.(If you are an organizer, you will get the option of “Stop Family Sharing” and if you are a member of it, you will have “Leave Family Sharing.”) When you set up Family Sharing on your i Device, the country or region set at that time turns gray.
If that's you: 1) change country to USA, pick any old city and zip code, 2) select Paypal as option, 3) when transferred to Paypal cancel the transaction, 4) when back at previous screen the None option should be available. 6) from desktop computer run itunes (might have to install it first), login using account from previous, 7) go to account details and change Country and Street Address to what you really need them to be. That cause cause the "payment verification" requests.
To see if that's the case, check your purchase history.
Apple provides walkthrough steps for doing this on both a computer and on an i Pod touch or i Phone.
If you do have an outstanding balance, once you pay it you should be able to select "none" as a payment option.
See: Why can’t I select None when I edit my payment information?
It seems that you have a none option, so it might work.
If not, tap a credit card/payment option, and click done.
Note: If you subscribed to Spotify through a 3rd-party (such as i Tunes or your mobile provider), you’ll need to contact them to change your details.
